Aprilia part number 0659110 can be substituted with

1. Ducati part number 701.4.007.1A is a direct replacement (As per Aladinsaneuk )

By the way the above Ducati part fits almost all Ducs of 1999-2004

2. BMW Part 12112343296 (needs to be reversed. Do a search on procedure)

3. Another alternative which is 1/2 the price of the 1st one and lists at $85 dealer is a KTM part number. Please note from what I was able to gather, KTM part is a direct replacement to a Ducati part 701.4.001.1A . This Ducati part fits all older Ducs from 1994-1999. I think te above part is an update to this one. In any case
KTM Part 58440026000 is a direct replacement for Ducati part 701.4.001.1A
