Yep but u can't take bike to Effiel Tower or to middle of Placa de Catalunya in Barcelona - policemens don't allow do it

Situation in Russia, when cop's want to stop you near the crosswalk, you should stop before, take a bike and cross the road to other side, through the crosswalk, get on the bike and ride to other way!))
