No... The Ducati Tech said that it's probably just a glitch... He said that Ducati may issue a firmware revision that 'may' solve the glitches that the bike has had. If, by this time next year, there have been no firmware revisions, and if there have been more electronic glitches, then they will need to start replacing chips/control units..
